I never thought I would buy another American vehicle in my life....until... I drove the 2007 Mazda CX-7.  What struck my interest was a few things.  First I looked for price.  My Mazda CX-7 cost less than $22,000.00.  This is no stripped vehicle.  It has everything incluing leather, a DVD player, but NO navigation (which in a package cost WAY too much - like $3,500 more).  This vehicle has a turbo charged 2.3 Liter Engine which produces 244 BHP and drives like a car but is roomy like a SUV.

For the money this is the best SUV out there and I literally checked them ALL.  Most other similar...
