COX - Cable TV

Package Value Pricing, Average Service and Outages

Cox used to have above average service for Cable TV and Internet, but their customer service has decreased in the last year. The NHL Center Ice and MLB Extra Innings packages are nice, but expensive, extras to get with the digital cable. The HD package is a great extra, as well. I have a great package deal with them for digital cable, phone, and internet, but it is getting very expensive to get all the channels and services that I want and the outages have increased while the customer service has decreased substantially.
