    They have the worst customer service, employees, billing dept, managers of any company I have ever dealt with.  They made an error on my bill and expect me to pay for it.  Sorry, I have a contract - don't try to charge me extra for something you messed up.  Rented a car from 10/1/08 thru 10/10/08.  They returned my car in their system on 10/7/08, charged me an early return fee, extra for the 10/8 - 10/10 and then sent a collections agency after me while I was waiting for THEM to return my phone call.  This added on top of their rude salesperson who backhandedly called me an idiot for not taking... review »
