I purchased this software via a download. I fell for their line that it was created with the people who created Microsoft Office so that it would be 100% compatible. I installed the software, and tried to use it. My computer has not worked the same since. I contacted technical support several times, and they kept giving me a command line to change (a different one each time) even after I told them I had to uninstall it to get my computer running again! When I contacted customer service to see about getting my money back or a cd with the program, I was told they would not return my money...
