appreciative of good service, a person who enjoys quality, willing to pay for quality, value conscious, not rich
I've had service for 6 years i've lost service twice in that time. Problem with my dish on the roof tech came out fixed within a few mins once he arrived. He called when he was on the way. Even left his cell number if the service goes out again as he lives down the street. Customer service never been a problem. I'm in a customer service on the phone so I know how to talk to people. Treat with respect courtesy and friendliness and you'll be treated likwise.
