I have 2 cards with bank of america and feel I will never be able to pay them off. The carnival card was on auto pay but they didn't take a big enough payment which put me over limit. It took 8 months of argueing to get some of the fees removed, by then I was behind in  my other credit cards and they hiked the rate. They were rude and would not work with me, I only got results by contacting carnival and they still didn't lower the rate although it was their mistake.
