    One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.  We were attempting to get a 1st mortgage on our home.  Our loan consultant, Pete Stewart, was unprofessional, lacked knowledge, did not follow through with anything, and refused to return phone calls.  We did everything that we were asked to do, immediately.  I couldn't even get a supervisor, Jason Lynch, to call back with even a courtesy call to let me know how the loan was progressing.  Capital One Home Loans was very quick to charge my credit card for the appraisal fee, and to put themselves on my homeowners insurance policy... read full review »
