I have owned the Whirlpool Duet HT Dryer for 2 years.  Worked great until recently.  Door started to open during cycle and turned machine off - returned to find a load of wet clothes.  Have service contract.  First repair man changed latches.  Second repair man changed latches again and said if that doesn't work there is nothing else that can be done.  Third repair man suggested changing hinge.  Returned with new hinge and door.  Installed both.  Now the door stays closed during cycle but is still not right.  If you don't get it in the exact spot it won't close and the light stays on. ...
