Bounce Dryer Bar

The dryer bar seemed great at first. But after just a couple loads it fell off the dryer, I put it back on, and it fell off and shattered and parts of it stuck to a bad part of the dryer... now I have problems. Not a good product. Did they not test this in real dryers?
