We moved into our new home 5 years ago.  The house was built cable ready.  The local cable company only had to hook up their equipment in order to provide service to us.  We chose not to use local cable service and to go with DirectTV.  Their installer came, hooked up the system and left.  Their channel lineup was good and we were happy with the service.  We went with AT&T for home telephone and DSL for internet.  I have never been happy with AT&T - I think they are a rip off - but that's for another review.  Fast forward to this month.  Just like most other folks we have been reviewing...
