I don't understand covergirl. I use their covergirl perfect blend eyeliner...black. I think it works wonderful. I have been through the 1980's with all the make up and all the really bad eyeliner that you would have to set on fire to work! I went through many different brands and types of eyeliners, a friend of mine had this one and it went on so easily I loved it. I started buying it all the time, even though it was a little more than I was used to spending..but it worked wonders. I loved it. Well when I went to the store I could not find the perfect blend so bought another covergirl black eyeliner....
