Dirt Devil Kone Vacuum

Somebody please give me my money back.

looking for durability, a comparison shopper, not rich, willing to pay more for quality, married, a homeowner, a woman, cost conscious

We needed a hand-held vacuum, so I immediately ordered a blue Kone. I loved the way it looked (very cool-looking) and couldn't wait to receive it. After using it for the very first time, we fell in hate with it. The shape is very asthetically pleasing, but nearly impossible to grab hold of for those quick pick-up jobs. At the very least, rubber grips should've been added to make it easier to hold. It's also very difficult to get into proper charging position.
