I started taking this after having my second and last child. I am a short woman and weighed almost 200lbs. It was my doctors idea for me to start them after Weight Watchers didnt work. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I lost 85lbs in 5months. Yes, the side effects are a little hectic at times, but it was worth it for me.
