We purchased the Black and Decker 12 cup coffee maker with the insulated caraffe last year before Christmas.  When we originally made the purchase we were really excited with all the features and we didnt mind spending the money because we felt the product would be of good quality.  The coffee pot we chose had the timer, cleaning option with a reminder, filter inside maker with many other features.  We had the coffee maker less than 1 year and the selection buttons went out.  I went through the manual reading looking to see if we can diagnose the problem based off the manual with no luck. ...
