I cannot in good conscience recomend this site.Ordered 2 remanufactured cartridges — my dell a920.The print would fade when the cartridge was @  half full. The live chat — with customer service never works and my emails were never answered.After 1/2 — hours on the phone I was informed that I couldnot return them since they — were not 70% full.They would not even offer a partial refund. I will — go back to ordering them from dell-they always worked and in the long run — they cast less! … read full review »
