I really like MSN Search. Google is pretty much synonymous w/ search, so MSN gets overlooked sometimes. I really like how easy it is to submit a new site, and how user-friendly it is to do this. It doesn't take weeks to get your site listed, either. It may take as little as a day, or even a few hours.
