Much to almost everyone's displeasure the daughter-in-law'scars was broken into last weekend.  The thieves ransacked her car, through cds everywhere, went through the diaper bag, the console, and her work apron. She works very hard as a waitress and unfortunately after getting home very late she left the apron, with her tip money in the car, to the tune of $140 with the other stash she had in there. 

We have been after them for some time to get renter's insurance and this incident was enough to prompt them to proceed.  I told them that next time it might be the apartment not just the car.  ...
