I tried the sports beans out for the first time before my workout and I didn't notice any kind of difference. I didn't feel more energized and but I did notice I drank a little less water than usual. After 25 minutes I just felt tired and didn't feel like the beans did anything for my workout. I wouldn't recommend this product based off energy but I would for the electroytes. I didn't feel dehydrated when I was finished with my workout.
