Dell has taken lots of flack for cutsomer service but I have yet to have any issues with them on any level. My recent purchase from their website was easy and allowed me to persoanlize my PC to fit my needs. It was easy to do and easy to change. The only drwaback I saw was the financing which I thought was high but I checked it out of curiosity not necessity. Usually creidt means you pay big for not having the available cash anyway.
