I have been a Time Warner Cable customer my entire life and when I saw that with AT&T UVerse I only needed 1 DVR and saw some of the cool features (i.e. Guide) I thought i'd give them a try.

First, installation literally took about 6 hours. The AT&T guy was nice however he just couldn't get the system to work properly. He tried everything and and the image i was getting was very bad, looked like a scratched tv. He ended up telling me that he would need to come back in a few days to try to fix it.
