The pods are a bit pricey, but much cheaper than a coffee shop. It is easy to use. The modern shape looks nice on the counter top. I have found that I prefer to use the 2-cup setting with a single pod to make the strength a bit weaker. I received mine as a promotional deal, so that may color my opinion some.
