I fly into O'Hare alot and thankfully, I've never had any problems. Yes, you have to arrive early to go thru security, but since Sept. 11th, that's probably the case at most airports. I check in online 24 hrs. early, so I skip that hassle at the airport. I get there, find my gate and sit and wait to board. I know the routine by now, so getting thru security hasn't been bad.
