I first tried this machine at a military base and was instantly hooked; while I was on temporary duty there I would not use any other machine.  It got my heart rate right up there like i had been running, without all the knee and joint pain.  I would recommend the Bowflex Treadclimber Treadmill for anyone, beginners and seasoned athletes.
