My cell phone was stolen. I contacted Virgin Mobile by phone, suspended service and bought a new phone. The new phone was a Kyocera Slider. It cost $79.99 + tax (total $86) My son has one. It has a camera, MP3 player, and will record short videos.

My phone arrived a few days later. BUT IT DID NOT HAVE THE MEMORY CHIP REQUIRED TO OPERATE THE EXTRA FEATURES! So, No MP3, No camera, No Video!

The kyocera handbook (pg 9) stated the memory chip was included. The Virgin Mobile web site did NOT say that anything was not available. There was just an empty bag stating that the chip was not included!
