Gotta try the quesadilla explosion salad!!!

I'm hooked on Chilis!!! Okay, I have a new "usual" at Chilis. The quesadilla explosion salad is a new favorite of mine. It's truly the BEST salad I've ever had. It's huge--now we've mastered the process. A friend and I split the salad and get the ????southwest something rolls as an appetizer. They are also wonderful, but not enough for a meal for one. They come with an awesome dipping sauce. The dressing on the salad is marvelous. I can't nail down the key ingredient in it, but I've not had a dressing like it before.
