This big thick book is an excellent investment for those of us who want to manage our own health in conjunction with our local medical doctor.  This book gives me many options to try in keeping healthy and alleviating everyday health issues especially since I am sensitive to drugs and respond better to more gentle treatments.  In fact, it gave me many more workable options in avoiding costly prescription drugs and their side effects!  This is very important to me.  This my go-to book for all health-related issues even tho I own other health books.  I regularly use… read full review »
