I love this stuff. It helps me breath when i can't breath at all! When i get a stuffy nose or to caughing heavy, i reach for my vics. I alos use it when i have an ear ache. Put a tiny amount on a cotton ball, then put in your ear. The menthol sooths the pain. The vapors help dry out what water might have got in your ear. after two days, ear ache gone. *not recommended if you have a bad infection! Go to your Dr for that. Just your basic ear ache.
