The tap water in Dayton is distingushing. The water is hard and full of sediments would not recommend drinking it. I wanted a cost effective alternative to bottled water. I wanted cold refreshing water at a moments notice. This was a wise investment. There is a led light that lets you know when to change your filter. Trust me it is accurate. I tested to see if the water would taste the same when the filter expired, it was a rude awakening in the flavor and quality. the pitcher holds 6 cups of water. There are other pitchers that hold more water, but 6 cups are enough for me.
