I bought a Diamond G Kirby Vacuum a little over 3 years ago. Since it was so expensive, I wanted a good comperhensive waranty. The Salesman told us the vacuum had a life-time waranty on all the parts except the wooden brush in the head and the inner bags. So when the cord cracked, I pulled out the waranty to find out how to get the cord replaced. I began reading and found out that the vacuum only had a 3 year limited waranty, which expired 2 months ago. In several places the waranty states that there is no other waranty.
