I suffer with stiffness in the joints and pain sometimes. I had seen advertisements about Osteo Bi-Flex on television and figured I would try it. I find that I do not have as much pain in my joints. At times my kness are stiff but this seems to change as I become more active during the day. These pills do work if taken according to the directions.
