    Waste of money
    expecting good, fair service, a busy person, cost-conscious, a person who likes a bargain, willing to pay for quality, I believe in honesty, a bargain hunter, value conscious

    Sometimes you get a connection and sometimes you don't, and no one cares. You are stuck in a contract wether or not you are able to use the service. The price goes up drastically after the trial period and the service seems to get worse.  The modem they give you kicks you off the internet whenever it chooses.
