    This is not a durable machine too many little breakable parts.

    I have had this machine three different times. We had bought it from Best Buy with the insurance, thankfully. We had to return it three times and the last time I just went with Bissell. There are many things that if they go wrong with this machine it will not run. Some of these are just small plastic pieces. The dirty water return unit is pretty much like a plastic milk carton but not as durable. If you will use this unit weekly it will not last.
