Jamey Johnson's CD, The Dollar, is an incredible compilation of both sound and emotion.  I find commonly that the released single barely scratches the surfaces of what the TRUE CD is about.   Even though this CD was released many years ago, I found my way to it recently.  Jamey Johnson has only recently released his 2nd album, and now his 3d is set to be released this fall.  Having started with his music on his 2nd album, I was unsure what to expect with The Dollar.

The tone of the album is certainly different than "That Lonesome Song".  More twang, lighter subjects, more background noise. ...
