I've done many, many workout dvds that claim to tone you up for the beach in just a few workouts. This one actually does what it claims. Right after the first workout, I felt my muscles were being worked.
The exercises are not like the ones I've normally done to get toned arms and legs. But, it turns out that they're different because they work!
