I used Travelocity once and will NEVER use them again! I did not know the area I was traveling to so I figured it would be easier to have them make the arrangements. When my flight was cancelled I spent hours on the phone on hold with them when I got through their customer service reps barely spoke English. I had to call back at least 5 times. I ended up rescheduling my own flight, hotel etc. When I returned home I got an email from Travelocity that floored me that read "sorry you did not make your trip!" They had no clue I went on the trip but they were keeping my money! I spent over 6 months...
