I purchased this mattress with the idea that I was buying quality.  Was reassured by the 10 year warranty and of course the sales person.  Well, now I wake up everymorning with pain and a headache.  The mattress sags like a hammack and there is nothing I can do about it.  The warranty is worth nothing unless you can find a way to flatten the super thick pillowtop.  Serta will send an inspector that will take a picture of the sagging.   Of course they say if you can't see the sagging in the picture..there is no defect.  Go cry in your pillow..it is all you can do.   What junk...those sheep...
