I bought my gateway desktop computer last year with a 3 year warrenty. last month my power supply went out and I had to ship it in for repair. I got it back a week later and 4 days after that my computer blew up. they promised me a new computer the next day. it took my 3 weeks and a lot of complaining to get a tech here to put in the parts needed and they didnt give me a new computer just some parts. it was fixed yesterday so we will see if it keeps working. I do not like being lied to or blew off.
