I received the Zojirushi Bread Machine for Christmas from my mom in 2006. I had used a west bend bread maker for about 7 years previously, but the little belt finally wore out on the bottom, so into the trash it went. I am a serious bread maker, so after doing online research the Zo seemed the way to go. I mostly use it for making dough, be it bread or pizza crust.
