I have a Dell all-in-one photo printer and a Dell Dimension Desktop computer...I recently needed to contact support for the computer because it basically CRASHED - it overheated and the motherboard was damaged. Dell sent a computer tech out within 2 days along with the parts to fix it. When the operating system CD wouldn't load, they helped out with that and stayed on the case until I was up and running again. They were professional, helpful and their follow-up was timely as well. Overall, I was very impressed!
