    I have been pleasantly surprised by Slimquick.  It has no nasty side effects and it doesn't cause me to be jittery.   In fact, it has made me feel slightly better and I am beginning to lose weight.  I like the fact that it uses vitamans, minerals and herbs to treat reasons why women can't lose weight.  I lost 4 pounds in the first week by taking Slimquick, dieting but not exercising.
