The first time I have flown Delta in about 5 years and I can say the quality of both the company and service has declined dramatically. On my most recent trip to the east coast (Rhode Island from Denver, CO) 3 out of 4 of my flights were either cancelled or delayed by more that 2 hours. 2 of my planes experience equiptment malfunctions and 1 of my planes was actually missing a part!!! The staff did not keep passanges well informed of what was going on, waiting until last minute to advise of delays and cancellations.
