I bought this tv November 2006 and I still love it. Picture is wonderful and if you ain't watched sports in HD you don't know what you are missing. I don't know if this years model has improved the sound but I can't imagine a better picture than this one. Gotta use the HDMI cable to get the best picture from your cable or sat provider.
Gotta have a Home Theater System for this guy though, the sound has much to be desired unless you just watch the soaps or game shows.
