We switched from Comcast to WOW a month ago. Since then, we have had trouble with TV service (HD didn't work, OnDemand didn't work, the pictures on regular channels were spotted with moving black bits), telephone service (people couldn't call in), and internet service (it didn't work- no internet). I have stayed home waiting for repair techs on four separate days. I have made many more phone calls to try to get help to resolve our issues.
