My mother is 83, has 20/20 vision, has NEVER been at fault for an accident. Her car was recently hit THREE times in THREE weeks. First two occurred in a mall parking lot, my sister was with her. Hit second time while talking to the driver that hit her the FIRST time. The third time, she was rear-ended by an uninsured driver.

I had to provide GEICO with a copy of the Power of Attorney THREE times - the last time I called when they asked for it, I said 'go look in the recycle bin, cuz I faxed it and sent the LAST copy via Certified Mail/Return Receipt Request and it was signed for'.... review »
