    I don't understand how anyone is satisfied with this box. I have an 8 pound cat who produces a normal amount of waste. However, 75% of the time the rake does not push the solid waste far enough into the trap and it ends up back in the box OR the waste rides up the rake and then is pushed all the way back stuck behind the rake. I am constantly having to reset it and pull out all the waste! Regardless of this problem, this box ALWAYS smells. I've not been able to use a cartridge/tray whatever of crystals for longer than 2 weeks ever! The scent is overwhelming! The solid waste smell is bad but also... read full review »
