    I've had my chopper for years, and I love it. It's still as sharp as the day I got it. My favorite use for it is with garlic and onions. It saves me from having stinky hands all day long. I also don't eat meat and normally I have ground meat substitute in the house but the one day I was out so I heated up some boca burgers and used this to chop them up. It was great, if I was to use a knife for them I would have burned my fingers for one (they were so hot) plus it made them more into a ground substance the cutting them would have.
