Got this device because of the many features in the outside of box,(and also was using a coupon),It is difficult to describe how erratic this device is ,and how bad it could be for a person that does not know electronics.The reception is not reliable even with the best antennas,the rca cables are color  coded but are backward,the electric plug gets incredibly hot,and if turned off the whole system needs to be reset.The channels become pixelated for no reason,mana of the so call feautures do not work,even the remote infrared cintrol does not work completely or properly.The sound is incredible low...
