We bought this train set for our son, who is almost 3 years old. I assembled it yesterday... and I am not impressed. After just a couple of minutes of play, one of the metal magnet pieces that are used to connect the trains fell off - posing a choking hazard not just for him, but for our 7 month old daughter. The tracks do not piece together very well, and if you even look at them the wrong way, the track will fall apart! I had to use wood glue to secure the track so my son could play with it... a temporary solution, but will hinder any future remodelling of the track. We also had to use copious...
