We bought a laptop from Dell, expecting it to be one of the best PC purchases we'd ever made. That quickly turned out to be completely the opposite. Since we paid top dollar for a so-called quality laptop from a so-called quality company, we declined to purchase the extended warranty. No kidding .. this laptop crapped out during the 3rd month. First the battery gave us issues. It will not maintain a charge. The only way to use this laptop is to keep it plugged in. It won't run for more than maybe 30 minutes otherwise.
