I'm a seasonal tanner and when I first started tanning at Tan USA about 3 years ago the beds were always hot and the staff was always friendly. Unfortunately I assumed that it was the same when I came back this year to buy another month package to begin tanning again. So far this year I have yet to get in a bed that is hot or that has evenly tanned me, including their stand-up. While I have nothing against teenagers, and I understand that not all teens are rude and lazy (I work with a few that are not) this crew that works at Tan USA have got to be the worst. They know nothing of the products...
